Jessica Dumais is the owner of Florida Wisdom Home Inspections. She is a Florida licensed home inspector who speaks English and French.

This young motivated entrepreneur moved from Quebec, Canada to Florida in 2015 to complete her management degree. With her strong passion for construction, renovation, and property management, she then studied to become a home inspector while completing countless hours in the field. In 2022, Jessica opened her inspection business to help first time and out of state homebuyers. Her focus is assisting and advising her clients before, during, and after the home inspection.

Jessica is committed to protect homebuyers by assuring that the prospective property is insurable “as is” and without major unknown defects that could affect its value. Her goal is to guide her clients by providing strong negotiation tactics based on the faulty systems found during the inspection.
